That Little Restaurant
About This Spot
Stepping into That Little Restaurant on N Wickham Rd is like coming home to a warm embrace from a place that's quietly cherished by locals. The moment you walk in, the rhythm slows down just a touch—comfortable, familiar, with the steady hum of friendly chatter and the clinking of plates weaving a cozy backdrop. It's the kind of spot where regulars are greeted by name and you might just find yourself swapping stories with neighbors over a hearty breakfast or a satisfying lunch.
This unassuming American eatery carries the charm of a long-standing family table, with well-loved booths and vintage touches that invite you to settle in and stay awhile. The pace is comforting—not rushed, but never languid—a steady flow that respects both the meal and the moments shared around it.
The menu echoes the feeling of a treasured kitchen where classics are crafted with care: mornings filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingling with dishes like country fried steak and eggs or flaky, gravy-drenched biscuits that feel like a warm hug. Later in the day, the familiar scents of a patty melt or a richly layered Reuben sandwich fill the air, promising comfort on a plate. Generous portions and generous hearts combine here, creating meals that nourish far beyond hunger.
People come for the food, yes, but stay for the easy sense of belonging—the kind that turns a casual diner into family, and a quick visit into a ritual. Whether it’s a casual breakfast with the kids or a relaxed lunch with friends, That Little Restaurant quietly unfolds moments of connection in every bite and every smile. It’s not flashy, but it doesn’t need to be. Here, warmth and tradition serve as main ingredients, making it a genuine local treasure.

I've been dining at That Little Restaurant almost my entire life. The service is always impeccable and the food whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner is always hearty and filling and yummy. Dine here and you'll feel like family!

I used to come here a lot with my ex, but hadn't been in years. They have doubled in size since I was here last, but still a mom & pop style restaurant with older decor, furniture, etc. I have to say that the food & service were definitely 5 out of 5, though. My crab cakes, sweet potato fries & coleslaw were all really good (providing cinnamon sugar for the sweet potato fries would be awesone!) My son had a cheesesteak & fries that he devoured, and my granddaughter really enjoyed her chicken strips kids meal. Highly recommend, and we plan to visit again soon!!

What a find! The place was packed but the service was fast, Tina served us graciously. The very generous portions were served as ordered. And I like it when they give you a bag for the take homes! All for a very reasonable price.

Have only been here a few times. My Nana brings me here every time we come visit her. Place is on point.

Service was great, I ordered a cheese burger and fries, fries were piping hot, cheese burger is a mouth full, hence the steak knife, price for what you get is great meaning you get a lot for your money.

Looking at breakfast place in that area and found this one. Looked at reviews and decided to go, was a little disappointed the Trump signs where down, but we were seated very fast and decided on food. Wife got Gyro and I selected Eggs Benedict. The Gyro was very big and my wife loved it. My Eggs came out over cooked and that was taken care of lightening fast! Will defiantly be going back when we are in that part of town!

Fantastic breakfast called the whole pig, bacon, ham, links & sausage I did not eat anything else the entire rest of day!

Food here is always pretty good diner food. Today's search was for baked oatmeal. A diner on US 1, in a plaza with a bar and a Thai restaurant HAD the best! Someone crashed through their front plate glass and the restaurant never reopened. Their's tasted like a giant oatmeal cookie with fresh berries and walnuts or pecans. The baked oatmeal here is 7/10. Portion 9/10 Taste 7/10 Texture 9/10 - bottom was moist, but the top was a little dry. Presentation 6/10 - no options for fresh blueberries, nuts or whipped cream. Fresh strawberries are available with a charge. Other breakfast foods here look great and have healthy portions, too. **Don't forget to tap that at the bottom here . Follow for more 321 dining!
